亲爱的参展商朋友/Dear exhibitor：

         您好！欢迎参加第七届中国国际芳香产业展览会（以下简称芳香展）。非常感谢您能在众多展会的选择中选择了芳香展，我们一定不负重托，全力以赴做好芳香展的全部工作，积极组织和邀请芳香行业的从业人员、爱好者前来参会采购，目前芳香展的筹备工作非常顺利，期待您的到来。

Welcome to the Seventh China International Aromatic Industry Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as Aromatic Expo). Thank you very much for choosing our Aroma Expo among the many exhibitions. We will do our best to do all the preparation works and actively organize and invite practitioners and enthusiasts of the aromatic industry to the meeting and purchase. At present, the preparation of Aroma Expo is moving forward smoothly. We are expecting your your arrival in the coming June of 2021.

        为规范展览会秩序，组委会根据相关规定，制定《第七届中国国际芳香产业展览会参展手册》（以下简称《手册》），提供了参展的详细信息，请各参展商仔细阅读本手册，以便顺利参展。

In order to standardize the exhibition, the Organizing Committee, in accordance with the relevant regulations, has formulated the Exhibition Manual of the Seventh China International Aromatic Industry Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as the Manual), which provides detailed information on the exhibitors. Please read this manual carefully for your successful participation of the Aroma Expo.

第一部分  温馨提示

Part I Warm Reminder

    各位参展商请于2021年6月9-10日至：上海跨国采购会展中心（上海市普陀区光复西路 2739号，地铁15号线，长风公园站）报到。本展会为芳香行业专业展览会，禁止任何参展单位展出非行业内产品，一经发现现场取缔参展资格，立即清理出场，所缴展位费不退。

Exhibitors are invited to report to Shanghai Multinational Purchasing and Exhibition Center (Address:2739 Guangfu West Road, Putuo District, Shanghai. By Metro Line 15, Changfeng Park Station,) on 9-10,June, 2021. This exhibition is a specialized exhibition of aromatic industry. Therefore exhibitors are forbidden to display any non-related products. Once found the products will be removed from the exhibition.The paid booth rent will not be refunded.

    第七届中国国际芳香产业展览会（以下简称芳香展）将于2021年6月11日-13日在上海跨国采购会展中心举办。为了本次展会顺利进行，请各参展商仔细阅读《第七届中国国际芳香产业展览会参展手册》（以下简称《手册》），组委会将按照本手册中的相关规定处理展览会有关事宜，如果组委会收到参展商递交本手册中的各种反馈表格，将视为参展商已经阅读过并接受了本手册中的各项条款。

The 7th China International Aromatic Industry Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as Aromatic Expo) will be held at Shanghai multinational Purchasing Exhibition Center from June 11 to 13,2021. For the smooth running of the exhibition, please read the Exhibitors Manual carefully. The Organizing Committee will handle the relevant matters of the exhibition in accordance with the relevant provisions of this manual. It means that the exhibitors have read and accepted the terms of this manual when the Organizing Committee receives feedback forms from.

对于有疑问的条款，组委会将为您提供详细的解答。如您对个别条款存在不同意见，请与组委会联系并阐明理由，组委会将根据实际情况给予最大的帮助。

The Organizing Committee will reply with detailed answers to your questionable terms. If you have different opinions on any terms, please contact the Organizing Committee with your disagreement. The Organizing Committee will try to adjust according to the actual situation.

第三章   物流信息

Chapter ⅲ logistics information

       为确保展览会的顺利进行，请各参展商依照本指南的有关规定做出安排，以免延误展出及产生附加费用。经多方协调，因上海跨国采购会展中心没有仓储物品的空间，所以请参展商安排好展品运输的时间节点，自行委托物流公司于2021年6月9日上午将展品直接送至展台。

Please observe and follow the conditions specified in the Manual order to assure your success  of exhibition. It is necessary that you make early arrangement accordingly to avoid any delay of exhibits and extra expenses. Exhibitors should plan the time of their shipment of exhibits. The time of arrival of your exhibits should be in the morning of June 9, 2021. Your exhibits should be directly put into your booth since there is no storage service in the pavilion of exhibition.

Ways of delivery of exhibits

 展商可将展品通过铁路、空运或陆路卡车自行安排运往上海跨国采购会展中心。

Exhibitors may ship via any form of transportation such as by railway, air or land to  Shanghai multinational Purchasing Exhibition Center.

收件人：寄件人姓名、联系方式                   唛头：2021芳香展（一层/二层）展位号

Make certain that you put of the package the name of consignee, telephone and indicate with the shipment mark: Booth Number(1st floor, 2nd floor), 2021 Aroma Expo.
